Job summary

URSROBOT Inc. is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will develop new prospects and manage accounts to grow revenue for our AMR and robotics solutions across the United States.

This is a remote position with travel as needed, focusing on face-to-face selling and channel partnerships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, 2+ years in autonomous robotics or related industries, strong communication, and CRM proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf industry, or OPE.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by managing full sales cycle from prospecting to retention.
• Manage territory with disciplined activity and follow-up.
• Act as senior consultant to partners to unlock growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
