Job summary

URSROBOT, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive regional growth for AMR robotics solutions. This remote role focuses on face-to-face selling with dealers and customers to meet revenue targets.

You will build and scale acquisition strategies within your territory, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with partners to deliver demonstrations and proposals. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in autonomous robotics, golf, or outdoor equipment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by managing full sales cycle from prospecting to retention.
• Develop dealer and customer acquisition strategies within territory.
• Present proposals, bids, and product demonstrations to customers.
