Job summary

URSROBOT, Inc is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to drive regional growth, acquire dealers and customers, and close deals in a remote-capable role. You will lead field efforts, identify opportunities, and deliver compelling product demonstrations while collaborating with technical and management teams to exceed revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in autonomous robotics or related outdoor industries, strong communication, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf, or outdoor power equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Native or professional fluency in English; Mandarin or another language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive growth strategy across the full sales cycle from prospecting to retention
• Territory management and disciplined follow-up to optimize the sales funnel
• Act as a senior consultant to external partners to unlock incremental growth
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured selling approaches
