Job summary

Givebutter is seeking a Sales Development Representative, Outbound, to generate net-new pipeline by researching and prospecting nonprofit organizations. This remote, full-time role involves cold calls, personalized emails, and social outreach to build conversations from scratch and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

You will meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals, maintain accurate HubSpot records, and continuously improve outreach messaging using performance data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience.
• Experience with multi-channel prospecting and cold calling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient and self-motivated; comfortable with rejection.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with outbound prospecting or sequencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Research nonprofit organizations and build targeted lists of prospects using LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other tools.
• Reach out to prospective customers through cold calls, personalized emails, and social channels to generate interest in Givebutter.
• Lead discovery conversations to assess fit and timing, then book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for calls, outreach, and qualified meetings.
• Keep HubSpot records accurate and current, including outreach activity, conversation notes, prospect status, and pipeline progress.
• Use performance data and feedback to improve outreach messaging, sequences, and targeting.
• Stay informed about Givebutter’s products, customer stories, and nonprofit fundraising trends to make outreach relevant and helpful.
