Job summary

Givebutter is seeking a Sales Development Representative, Outbound, to generate net-new pipeline by proactively identifying nonprofit organizations that could benefit from the platform. You will cold-call, email, and leverage social channels to start conversations and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a hunter mentality and passion for social impact. This remote role supports teams across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound SDR or sales experience.
• Ability to consistently hit or exceed activity and pipeline targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and outbound sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Research nonprofits and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other tools.
• Reach out to prospective customers via cold calls, personalized emails, and social channels to generate interest.
• Lead discovery conversations to qualify fit and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly calls, outreach, and qualified meetings targets.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot records of outreach, notes, and pipeline progress.
• Use data and feedback to improve outreach messaging and targeting.
• Stay informed about Givebutter products and nonprofit fundraising trends.
