Job summary

Givebutter is seeking a Sales Development Representative, Outbound, to generate net-new pipeline by targeting nonprofit organizations through cold calls, personalized emails, and social outreach. You will build conversations from scratch and book meetings for Account Executives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed activity and pipeline targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sequencing tools.
• Passion for social impact or nonprofits.

Responsibilities

• Research nonprofit organizations and build targeted lists of prospects.
• Reach out to prospective customers through cold calls, personalized emails, and social channels to generate interest.
• Lead discovery conversations to assess fit and timing, then book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for calls, outreach, and qualified meetings.
• Keep HubSpot records accurate and current, including outreach activity and pipeline progress.
• Use performance data to improve outreach messaging, sequences, and targeting.
