Job summary

Givebutter is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative, Outbound, to generate net-new pipeline by targeting nonprofit organizations that can benefit from our fundraising and CRM platform. You will initiate conversations via cold calls, personalized emails, and social outreach, driving meetings for Account Executives and helping to exceed performance targets.

You will work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with a hunter mentality, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience, with cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to craft personalized outreach.
• Resilient and self-motivated, comfortable with rejection and building a pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Research nonprofit organizations and build targeted lists of prospects.
• Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
• Lead discovery conversations to assess fit and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for calls, outreach, and qualified meetings.
• Keep HubSpot records accurate and current, including activity and pipeline status.
• Use data and feedback to improve outreach messaging and targeting.
