Givebutter, a leading nonprofit fundraising and CRM platform, is seeking a Sales Development Representative, Outbound. You’ll generate net-new pipeline through cold calls, personalized emails, and social outreach, targeting nonprofit organizations that can benefit from the Givebutter platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience.
• Demonstrated ability to hit activity and pipeline targets in a high-volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with personalized outreach.
• Resilient, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection and building a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Research nonprofits and build targeted prospect lists.
• Reach out via cold calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
• Lead discovery to assess fit and book qualified meetings for AEs.
• Meet or exceed calls, outreach, and meetings targets.
• Keep HubSpot up-to-date with outreach activity and pipeline progress.
• Use data and feedback to improve outreach messaging and targeting.
• Stay informed on Givebutter products and nonprofit fundraising trends.
