Job summary

Givebutter, a nonprofit fundraising platform, is seeking a Sales Development Representative, Outbound, to generate net-new pipeline from nonprofits through cold calls, emails, and social outreach. You will build conversations from scratch and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

You will operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment while exceeding activity targets, maintaining accurate records in HubSpot, and continuously improving outreach messaging and targeting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience.
• Experience with cold calling and multi-channel prospecting is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to craft personalized outreach.
• Resilient and self-motivated with ability to build a pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Research nonprofit organizations and build targeted lists.
• Reach out via cold calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
• Lead discovery conversations and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot records of outreach, notes, and pipeline progress.
• Use data and feedback to improve messaging and targeting.
• Stay informed on Givebutter products and nonprofit fundraising trends.
