Job summary

Tivly is seeking an Outbound SDR to connect business owners with the right agents. This remote, full-time role requires high-volume calling and disciplined booking. Training and tools are provided, including AI-powered support and CRM templates.

No industry experience or specific degree is required; a curious, coachable, and organized mindset is valued. Compensation includes base salary plus commission with clear advancement paths.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or SDR roles is helpful but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to prospective leads.
• Reach and engage decision-makers over the phone.
• Invite and secure commitments from qualified prospects to attend our weekly webinar.
• Follow established outreach cadences and call frameworks.
• Personalize CRM notes using approved templates.
• Use AI chatbot and resource hub as first-line support.
• Maintain accurate records of every call and next steps in the CRM.
• Surface patterns, objections, and prospect feedback to sales leadership.
• Participate in regular coaching focused on development and performance.
• Adapt messaging and workflows as they evolve.
