Tivly, a leading US marketplace for commercial insurance, is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative. This remote, full-time role targets decision-makers, engages prospects, and books webinars using established cadences.

Candidates should be comfortable with phone outreach, CRM notes, and AI-assisted tools. Previous sales experience isn't required; curiosity, coachability, and discipline matter most.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales development is helpful but not required.
• Ability to document interactions in CRM using templates and notes.
• Comfort with phone outreach and outbound cadence to book meetings.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to prospective leads
• Reach and engage decision-makers over the phone
• Invite qualified prospects to attend weekly webinar
• Follow established outreach cadences and call frameworks
• Personalize CRM notes using approved templates
• Use AI chatbot and resource hub for first-line support
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes
• Surface patterns and prospect feedback to sales leadership
• Participate in regular coaching focused on development
• Adapt messaging as workflows evolve
