Tivly is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to connect with business decision-makers for our insurance marketplace. This remote role targets daily outbound activity, guided processes, and ongoing coaching as you build a sales career from the ground up.

Base salary starts at $45,000 with commissions; no visa sponsorship required. We value coachability, curiosity, and consistent performance, with benefits and growth opportunities as you prove yourself.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development / Sales Development is helpful but not required.
• Inside or outbound sales experience is a plus.
• Lead generation or appointment setting experience.
• Customer service with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Make 100-150 outbound calls per day to prospective leads.
• Reach and engage decision-makers over the phone.
• Invite and secure commitments from qualified prospects to attend our weekly webinar.
• Follow established outreach cadences and call frameworks.
• Personalize CRM notes using approved templates and update per conversation.
• Use AI chatbot and resource hub as first-line support.
• Maintain accurate records of every call, outcome, and next step in the CRM.
• Surface patterns, objections, and prospect feedback to sales leadership.
• Participate in regular 1:1 coaching focused on development and performance.
• Adapt messaging and workflows as they evolve.
