Tivly is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to reach decision-makers for our weekly webinar series from a remote location across listed U.S. states. Base salary is $45,000 with commission, and you will operate within an established outbound motion using CRM templates and AI-powered tools.

We value curious, coachable, organized individuals who can maintain consistent activity, learn our processes, and help optimize our system over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or outbound sales is helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn systems, follow processes, and be coachable.
• Strong communication and organization are essential.

Responsabilités

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to prospective leads.
• Reach and engage decision-makers over the phone.
• Invite and secure commitments from qualified prospects to attend our weekly webinar.
• Follow established outreach cadences and call frameworks.
