Tivly is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our remote team in the United States. This entry to mid-level role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling webinars, and building a strong foundation in our outbound motion.

You'll work with structured cadences, CRM templates, and an AI-powered hub. Prior industry experience isn't required; curiosity, coachability, and discipline are essential as you learn the Tivly process and contribute to improved

Qualifikationen

• 100–150 outbound calls per day to prospective leads.
• Reach and engage decision-makers over the phone.
• Invite and secure commitments from qualified prospects to attend our weekly webinar.

• Follow established outreach cadences and call frameworks
• Personalize CRM notes using templates and update conversation variables
• Maintain accurate records of every call, outcome, and next step in the CRM
• Surface patterns, objections, and prospect feedback to sales leadership
• Participate in regular coaching focused on development and performance
• Adapt messaging and workflows as needed
