Responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to prospective leads.
• Reach and engage decision-makers over the phone.
• Invite and secure commitments to attend the weekly webinar.
• Follow outreach cadences and maintain disciplined booking.
• Personalize CRM notes using approved templates.
• Use AI chatbot and resource hub for first-line support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes.
• Surface patterns and objections to sales leadership.
• Participate in regular coaching and adapt messaging as needed.
• Evolve processes based on learnings.
