Responsabilités

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to prospective leads.
• Reach and engage decision-makers over the phone.
• Invite and secure commitments for our weekly webinar.
• Follow established outreach cadences and call frameworks.
• Personalize CRM notes using approved templates.
• Use AI chatbot and resource hub for first-line support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes.
• Identify patterns and feedback for sales leadership.
• Participate in regular coaching focused on development.
