Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive Operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

You will create learner journeys, develop content with SMEs, and oversee New Hire Orientation across multiple locations, including remote work opportunities, ensuring measurable

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business Management, HR, Engineering, Education and Learning, or related field; or 2 years of training & development experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development; healthcare experience preferred in a training environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows, pre-authorization, utilization reviews, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess training needs and define effective training plans with measurable success criteria.
• Design and implement training content using multiple modalities for internal staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys based on job roles and competency levels.
• Oversee New Hire Orientation and collaborate with operations to tailor department-specific programs.
