Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, coordinate, and facilitate an enterprise training and development program. The role collaborates with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry including clinical workflow and regulatory requirements.
• Experience designing and delivering training in a corporate environment.
• Ability to develop learning content across modalities and assess impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training for diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess needs, define requirements, and measure training success.
• Create content for new hire orientation and refresher programs with SME input.
• Design learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Track progress and effectiveness of training initiatives across operations.
