Insurance Office of America seeks an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead Account Management staff, oversee service delivery, and drive operational excellence within the branch. The role acts as a senior resource for complex client services and manages an assigned book of business.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in insurance or 7+ years in related sales/relationship roles, active licensing, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

• 10+ years in the industry or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required; professional designations preferred.
