The ideal candidate has extensive insurance experience, active licensing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Required active licensing
• Professional designations preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance standards across productivity, efficiency, quality and service.
• Lead and coach Account Management staff and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Support staff development, staff onboarding and hiring.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Oversee policy administration, billing, renewals and service needs.
• Lead renewal and new business processes and ensure service excellence.
