This role also handles a book of business and acts as a senior resource for complex client service needs. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in insurance, active licensing, and strong leadership with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Support staff development and succession planning.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support, and documentation.
• Lead renewal and new business processes and service delivery.
