The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the industry or 7+ years in sales/relationship roles, with active insurance licensing and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required; professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Balance workloads to maintain service continuity and data integrity.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and renewals.
