The role combines client-facing leadership with internal operations and data-driven improvements. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in the industry or 7+ years in sales/relationship management, active licensing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing
• Professional designations preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Account Management staff and ensure top service quality.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes and promote IOA culture.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
• Manage an assigned book of business and support renewals and service needs.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
