Qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance or 7+ years in sales/marketing/relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching.
• Ensure HR compliance and onboarding.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing and renewals.
• Develop future branch operations leaders.
