This role handles complex client needs and manages an assigned book of business, with strong emphasis on process, data integrity, and client relations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the industry or 7+ years in related fields, active licensing, and strong MS Office skills, with a priority on customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Required active licensing
• Professional designations preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership and day-to-day oversight of Account Management staff within the branch.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Promote IOA culture, support team engagement, and staff development.
• Recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and balance workloads for service continuity.
• Lead renewal and new business processes and support client relationships.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support, and documentation.
