Nelnet Business Services (NBS), a division of Nelnet, Inc., is seeking an Operations Analyst and Project Lead to manage programs and oversee onboarding of new clients in a remote, full-time role. You will plan initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet goals while guiding clients through orientation and training.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a related role.
• Experience with FACTS operating systems and CRM is preferred.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee programs to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Program Monitoring: Track progress and address issues to ensure milestones.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with team members, managers, and partners for successful delivery.
• Budget Management: Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness across initiatives.
• Reporting: Share regular updates on status and outcomes to leadership.
