Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in related field or commensurate education.
• CRM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Execution: develop, implement, and oversee programs and initiatives to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Program Monitoring: track progress and ensure milestones are met; address issues promptly.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with team members, managers, and external partners for successful delivery.
• Budget Management: monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness across projects.
• Reporting: prepare and present regular status reports to leadership.
• Client Orientation & Training: conduct onboarding sessions and training for new clients.
• Onboarding Documentation & Support: prepare onboarding materials and provide ongoing client support.
• Feedback and Improvement: gather client feedback and improve onboarding processes.
