Nelnet is seeking an Operations Analyst and Project Lead to manage organizational programs and oversee client onboarding in a remote, full-time role. You will plan initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure programs meet goals while guiding new clients through orientation and training for a positive onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related field experience or commensurate education.
• CRM software experience preferred and proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Program planning, execution, and milestone tracking to meet objectives.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for successful program delivery.
• Manage program budgets and track expenses for cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on status, outcomes, and improvements for leadership.
• Conduct client orientation and training for smooth onboarding.
• Develop onboarding materials and provide ongoing client support.
• Gather client feedback to improve onboarding processes.
