Job summary

Nelnet is seeking an organized Operations Analyst and Project Lead for a fully remote, full-time role. You will manage programs and oversee client onboarding, planning initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring goals are met.

Proficiency in Excel is essential for tracking metrics and onboarding data. You will also guide new clients through orientation and training, develop onboarding materials, and report on program status to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in related field or commensurate education.
• 2 years of experience working within FACTS operating systems.
• CRM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute key initiatives for programs and onboarding.
• Monitor program progress and address issues to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with team members, managers, and external partners for successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage program budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and present regular reports on program status, outcomes, and areas for improvement to leadership.
• Conduct orientation sessions and organize training for new clients, introducing them to services, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding materials (checklists, training guides, client handbooks) and provide ongoing support to new clients.
• Gather feedback from new clients and incorporate suggestions to improve onboarding and program effectiveness.
