Job summary

Nelnet is seeking an Operations Analyst and Project Lead in a fully remote role. You will plan and execute programs, onboard new clients, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet goals.

The position emphasizes Excel-based metrics, strong communication, and meticulous program governance. You will manage onboarding content, track budgets, prepare reports, and guide clients through orientation and training to ensure a smooth introduction to Nelnet’s services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in related field or commensurate education.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee programs to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Program Monitoring: Track progress, milestones, and resolve issues promptly.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with team members, managers, and partners.
• Budget Management: Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Reporting: Present regular program status and outcomes to leadership.
• Client Orientation & Training: Conduct onboarding sessions and training for new clients.
• Onboarding Documentation & Support: Maintain onboarding materials and provide ongoing support.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback to improve onboarding process.
