Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross‑functional healthcare initiatives in a fully remote role across the CHS crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change while reporting clearly to leaders and aligning with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination/management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation discipline.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com) and data reporting (Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation; report to leadership.
• Support the build-out of a new PMO and drive process improvements.
• Manage scope/cost changes and prepare status reports and risk mitigation plans.
