Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare initiatives across its crisis care network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change while delivering clear reporting and maintaining robust PMO standards.

The role requires 5+ years in project coordination or PM within healthcare, with strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience using Smartsheet or Monday.com.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, or operations support in healthcare.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous project documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and drive projects to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, action items, and meeting notes.
• Support the build and maturation of the PMO with standards and templates.
