Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across its crisis care network. The role collaborates with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change while delivering clear reporting and measurable ROI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination, project/program management, operations support or process improvement.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to documentation and trackers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PM tools like Smartsheet or Monday.com.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and external teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Ensure projects finish on time with expected quality and ROI.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to remove barriers.
• Provide PMO support and participate in process improvements and change management.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
