• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project coordination or program management in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop project plans with objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, schedules, and status reports for leadership.
• Support the build and maturation of a new PMO and related templates and SOPs.
