Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives within the crisis network. You will plan, schedule, budget, assess risk, and report, working with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor partners to deliver on time and with clear ROI.

This fully remote role supports multiple sites nationwide. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience in healthcare, plus proficiency with Smartsheet or

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination or PM roles in healthcare.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through deployment across teams and vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Support the build and maturation of the PMO with standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools across initiatives.
• Manage scope changes and approvals for timeline and budget impacts.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and budget.
