Job summary

Connections Health Solutions seeks an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives within its crisis network. You will coordinate with clinical, IT, and vendor teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and reporting across multiple sites.

The role is fully remote across designated states with team collaboration, dashboards, and process improvements at its core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with meticulous documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion; strong collaboration.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Vaccination policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop project plans and workplans with milestones and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Keep initiatives on track for on-time delivery, quality, and ROI.
• Support a newly forming PMO with standards and reporting tools.
• Maintain project docs, trackers, meeting notes, and action items.
• Provide status reports and dashboards to leadership.
• Assist with change management and process improvements.
• Manage scope and change control.
