Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of immediate-access behavioral health crisis care, delivering coordinated clinical and operational services. We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive cross-functional healthcare initiatives, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and report progress to leaders.

This fully remote role serves multiple sites and requires collaboration with clinical, IT, operations, and vendor teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail in maintaining project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Aufgaben

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and deliverables.
• Keep initiatives on track so they finish on time and deliver impact, quality and ROI.
• Build and mature the PMO by developing standards, templates, SOPs, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools across concurrent initiatives.
• Manage scope and change control and document change requests.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
