Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an seasoned Operations Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across its crisis care network. You will work with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reporting, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable ROI across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; PM tools Smartsheet and Monday.com preferred.
• PMP certification (or in progress) and/or advanced degree (MHA/MBA/MPH) is a plus.
• Healthcare/behavioral health operations experience and familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive plans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Keep initiatives on track to deliver on time, quality, and ROI.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to remove barriers.
• Provide admin and coordination support; maintain logs, trackers, notes, and files.
• Support the formation and maturation of a PMO; drive process improvement and change adoption.
• Manage scope and change control; document requests and approvals for timeline/cost/ROI.
• Prepare and deliver dashboards and status reports to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Travel to CHS sites as needed; maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
