Smart Apartment Data is seeking an experienced operations professional to coordinate workflows and initiatives across the business. This hands-on role involves supporting customer operations, process improvements, and cross-functional projects with both business and technical teams.

You will track priorities, resolve blockers, identify gaps, and drive follow-through to completion. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ops experience in multi-team environments and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on business operations experience.
• Experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Lead, or similar cross-functional role.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows and initiatives across different areas of the business.
• Support customer operations including onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Operations and technical teams to move priorities forward.
• Track priorities, blockers, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Identify operational gaps and determine required resources.
