Ocean Park Asset is seeking an Operations Manager to make the company run. You will own processes, vendors, and internal systems that keep execution smooth as we scale.

We are looking for someone who fixes messy processes, designs scalable workflows, and can work independently in a remote, distributed team. Experience in tech, SaaS, or related fields is valued, with emphasis on how you think about process rather than industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business operations, or project management.
• Strong process thinking and system-building ability.
• Highly organized with a bias toward documenting processes.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, project tooling, and workflow automation.
• Able to work independently in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational workflows and internal process design.
• Manage relationships with external providers, vendors, and service partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and keep delivery on schedule.
• Build documentation and playbooks so knowledge is not stuck in people's heads.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate or eliminate them.
• Support reconciliation, reporting, and record-keeping alongside finance and compliance.
