Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Research)
• Minimum of 6 years in operations management, process optimization, or strategic planning
• Proven track record of large-scale process improvements
• Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and performance metrics development
• Strong proficiency with data visualization/analytics software (Tableau, Power BI, Python)
• Excellent remote collaboration and virtual project management experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows, supply chains, and business processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to boost productivity and reduce costs
• Use analytics and modeling to simulate changes and forecast impacts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations via virtual platforms
• Create reports and present findings to senior management
