Job summary

MSB Connectivity Solutions seeks a Business Operations Lead to design and improve workflows, dashboards, and reporting for a 19-person team. You will build structure, track priorities, and turn leadership decisions into clear communications.

You’ll coordinate performance programs while collaborating across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Project Controls to improve operating processes. You will not decide staffing or budget, but you will create visibility, reliable processes, and actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, PMO support, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve practical workflows, calendars, meeting rhythms, action tracking, and supporting tools.
• Track priorities, milestones, owners, and next actions; prepare concise updates.
• Coordinate performance reviews, goal setting, training, and development processes.
• Develop resource visibility through timing, staffing, leave, utilization, and risks.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports to measure routines and initiatives.
• Identify obstacles and propose practical improvements, including automation opportunities.
