Smartsheet is seeking a Product Operations Manager (Remote Eligible) to help our product org run smoothly, ship faster, and make better decisions. You will own operational processes across product planning, launch readiness, and team cadences, serving as the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, and GTM.
The role emphasizes building dashboards, driving cross-functional coordination, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar operational role
- Strong process instincts and proactive problem anticipation
- Comfort with data, dashboards, and translating insights into recommendations
- Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation skills
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence
Responsibilities
- Support and own product planning cycles including quarterly planning, goals, retrospectives, and weekly rhythms
- Drive launch coordination with cross-functional dependencies and go-live readiness
- Build and maintain product health dashboards to guide prioritization
- Document processes and develop playbooks to tighten workflows
- Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-ups are closed
- Collaborate with analytics to surface actionable operational insights
