Job summary

MonetizeMore Inc. is seeking a systems-driven Business Operations / Project Manager with a strong AdTech background to transform informal workflows into structured, scalable operational systems.

You will connect Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure launches are smooth and repeatable. You will own the central project management infrastructure, manage data and spreadsheet reporting, and design AI-assisted tools to speed documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in process, project management or business operations.
• AdTech, SaaS, high-data-volume or WordPress ecosystem experience a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC).

Responsibilities

• Run continuous improvement cadence across processes; own the process vault and govern adoption.
• Own and maintain internal Notion project tracker; drive company-wide adoption and integration.
• Support product rollout processes; structure the operational side of launches for go-live readiness.
• Act as operational connective layer across business lines and enterprise client workflows.
• Own data pulls and spreadsheet-based reporting; build structured, scalable models for others to use.
