Job summary

MonetizeMore is seeking a seasoned Business Operations / Project Manager to transform informal workflows into structured, scalable operational systems in a fully remote setting.

You will drive process kaizen, SOP governance, and enterprise client enablement while partnering with Product and executive leadership to standardize and accelerate launches, reporting, and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in process, project management, or business operations.
• Ad tech, SaaS, high-data-volume experience is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run continuous improvement across processes; own SOP governance and the process vault.
• Own and maintain internal Notion project management tracker; drive company-wide adoption.
• Support product rollout processes and formalize this as a repeatable model.
• Act as an operational connective layer across business lines and enterprise client workflows.
• Own data pulls and spreadsheet-based reporting; build scalable models and dashboard hygiene.
