You will manage daily logistics for client projects, drive operational improvements, and help plan loyalty programs aligned with client objectives.

• Maintain relationships with client organizations and Kobie team.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to optimize delivery.
• Establish processes to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities to scale operations.
• Support creation and execution of client programs.
• Lead program initiatives, drive results, and support revenue impact.
