Job summary

Kobie is a leading loyalty partner with a flexible, remote-friendly culture. We seek an Associate Director, Client Services to guide day-to-day client and internal partnerships for retail accounts, shaping loyalty strategy with data and insight, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs that drive ROI.

You will work on multi-channel loyalty programs across stores, apps, and ecommerce, ensuring seamless point, offer, and reward experiences while coordinating with clients and Kobie

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles.
• Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships across accounts, leading client meetings.
• Partner with Strategy and Decision Science to lift participation and ROI.
• Define and launch seasonal and tier-based loyalty campaigns.
• Anticipate issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop roadmaps.
• Lead product conversations and ensure readiness for launches.
