Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational logistics of the intra-Kobie team per client.
• Evaluate organizational procedures and apply improvements.
• Coordinate with client services and tech teams on requirements.
• Maintain relationships with affiliate client organizations and Kobie team.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors to optimize program delivery.
• Establish and maintain operational processes for timely project delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve scalability.
• Resolve operational challenges to minimize impact on customers.
