Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to lead day-to-day client relationships and drive loyalty programs across retail accounts. You will shape loyalty strategy using data and insights, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that move client bottom lines.

Based in a remote-friendly role, you will collaborate with Strategy, Data Science, and Kobie partners to optimize participation, redemption, and ROI, with travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles.
• Strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day relationship: own the working relationship across accounts and lead client meetings.
• Program strategy and performance: collaborate with Strategy and Decision Science to improve participation and ROI.
• Campaigns that drive engagement: define and launch seasonal, tier-based promotions with clients and Kobie partners.
• Early warning system: anticipate issues and drive resolution.
• Growth ideas: identify expansion opportunities and build growth roadmaps.
• Platform and launch readiness: lead product conversations and client readiness for launches.
