Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational logistics of the intra-Kobie team for the assigned client.
• Regularly evaluate the efficiency of procedures and apply improvements.
• Coordinate with client services and technology on requirements for program success.
• Maintain relationships with affiliate client organizations and Kobie team.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to optimize program delivery.
• Establish and maintain operational processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline operations and scalability.
• Address operational challenges to minimize impact on customer experience.
• Support creation and execution of client programs.
• Lead program initiatives, drive results, and potential revenue growth.
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of rewards programs and deliverables.
